METAL
Our wedding rings are available in hallmarked palladium, 18kt white gold, 18kt yellow gold and 950 platinum. We can also provide 18kt rose gold if required. For more information on the characteristics of these various precious metals, please click here.
WIDTH
This relates to the width in millimetres (mm) of a wedding ring. The larger the width, the more metal required in the ring and, therefore, the higher the price. On average, ladies select approx 3mm (as the shank widths of most diamond engagement rings are approx 3mm), whilst men most often select approx 5mm or 6mm.
FINGER SIZE
The larger the finger size, the more metal required in the ring and, therefore, the higher the price. In the UK, an average ladies finger size is M / N, whilst an average men?s finger size is T. UK finger sizes run from A to Z (and then Z+1, Z+2, Z+3 etc). 95% of ladies finger sizes will lie between J - Q.
