I was also impressed by their membership of national and international bodies and the authentication of the jewellery through independent valuation. A lot of people, like me, won't buy many diamonds in their life and are quite nervous of being taken for a ride or ripped off - these things make you feel safe as a buyer.

I really like the DeJoria website and think that the option to design your own ring is great. In particular, the range of photos of each ring is important and the sliding scales for carat, clarity and colour and extremely useful. I also think that the education section is great - which removes the fear for first time buyers.

Richard was really helpful every time I called and was as excited as I was when he told me that he'd secured a flawless diamond for me for the same price due to a dealers cataloging error.
