Returns PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your diamond jewellery purchase from www.dejoria.co.uk, you are able to return the goods within 30 days of dispatch for either an exchange of refund. Please note that (a) we will refund the original delivery charge, but you will be responsible for the costs associated with the returning the item to us, and (b) if your order was a special order or bespoke item, you will not be eligible to return the item for refund or exchange.
FOR ANY ITEMS PURCHASED PRE-XMAS, WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR RETURNS PERIOD THROUGH TO JAN 31 2008. Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently; 1 - Call our customer service helpline on 0845 355 1164 within 7 days to obtain an authorisation code. You will need to quote your original order reference ID. 2 - Complete the returns form provided with the original package 3 - Place the item back in its presentation case, secure it all and wrap well - we suggest using a padded jiffy bag or something similar. Any items being returned for refund MUST be returned in their original packaging - unused and unworn - and must be returned together with any supporting certification, warranty or instruction manuals. In the event that you are returning a diamond ring for resizing, there is no need to enclose the original packaging. 4 - For your own benefit, to return an item we suggest using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. This will ensure that there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. You need to insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. YOU are responsible for the costs associated with this shipping. Note that www.dejoria.co.uk shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. 5 - Mail the package to: DeJoria Customer Services ROK House Kingswood Business Park Holyhead Road Albrighton Staffordshire WV7 3AU You are strongly advised NOT to write diamonds, diamond jewellery, jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. 6 - If you place an order for a special order or bespoke item, you will be unable to return the product unless it is faulty. This is because it will have been especially made and cannot, therefore, be resold. This applies to items purchased from our Diamond Jewellery Collection. 7 - We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund. Please note that we can only make a refund back to the original source of the funds, and this refund can take 3-5 working days to reach your account. For a refund to be granted, all diamond jewellery must be returned in its original condition - unused and unworn - including the box and any certification or warranty certificate / instruction manuals etc. If you need further clarification or details on our Returns Policy, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
