Request a Sample
The purchase of a diamond engagement ring is an important one. We aim to provide all potential customers with as much information as possible to enable you to make an informed decision. This applies as much to the ring design as it does to the diamond itself.
We already provide rotational images of all our diamond ring mounts, whilst on many we also display video clips which you can view to see the diamond ring in full 360 degree rotation.
Furthermore, in addition to the above - and uniquely - we also offer our REQUEST A SAMPLE service to our customers who feel that they would
benefit from seeing a physical sample of the diamond ring in their hands prior to placing an order wih us.
Our sample rings are made in 9kt white gold and set with a cubic zirconia stone (imitation diamond) of around 0.75ct in size to provide you with an idea of what your finished diamond ring will look like.
If you would like to take advantage of this unique service, please either complete the online request form or call us directly on 0845 355 1164 to arrange. We will require a fully refundable deposit of £100 on a credit or debit card (it is precious metal after all!). If you decide to proceed with your purchase, then we will credit this deposit against the total cost of your order. If you decide not to proceed with an order, then this deposit will simply be credited back to your credit or debit card upon us safely receiving the sample ring back here at DeJoria.
We cover the cost of sending you the sample. We ask, however, that you cover the cost of returning it (approx £5 at the post office).
We request that all samples be returned to us within 3 days of you receiving it.
This service is, of course, subject to availability of your chosen sample.
