Payment
Items with a value up to £5,000 can be ordered either online or over the phone if you wish. Items with value in excess of £5,000 need to be ordered over the phone with a member of our customer services team on 0845 355 1164.
DeJoria processes payments via secure encrypted server with our partners SagePay. All details remain entirely secure throughout the entire process for your security and peace of mind.
We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. We will then check price and availability of the item/s you wish to purchase. Your card will not get charged until we manually authorise it, and we will then confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email order confirmation to you.
You can also rest assured that DeJoria will never disclose your personal details to any third party organisations.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro, and also operate the Verified by VISA and MasterCard Securecode schemes.
We also accept payment by PayPal.
For security purposes, for purchases in excess of £5,000, we may ask you to complete and sign a manual authorisation form, and return to us via our secure fax line. Details will be provided where necessary.
BANK TRANSFERS
We accept bank transfers of funds, in return for which we are delighted to provide you with a 1.5% discount on your purchase price. Please call us on 0845 355 1164 for more details.
CHEQUES

DEPOSIT PERIODS
Some customers ask to make a deposit payment on an item to secure a particular diamond they want, with a view to paying the balance off at a later date. Whilst this is something we are occasionally able to do, please bear in mind that we will honour the deposit and hold the item for a maximum of 4 weeks. If, after this 4 week period, we have not received the balance, then we will aim to sell the item and only refund your deposit once we have done so. SECURITY
We may occasionally send you emails. However, we will NEVER ask you to provide or confirm any credit card or bank account details via email, or direct you to any website that might ask you to submit these details.
Delivery
We deliver to England, Scotland (including islands), Northern Ireland, Wales, Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

Delivery is FREE on all items within the UK.
- Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service which is fully insured.
- Once dispatched, your package is guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the following working day. It will require a signature upon arrival.
- Whilst Royal Mail do deliver on Saturdays, Special Delivery items are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays. In certain instances however, we are able to arrange guaranteed Saturday deliveries, so please call us on 0845 355 1164 if you specifically need this.
- If you are a member of the Armed Forces posted overseas, we can send items to you via the BFPO system. Please call us on + 44 845 355 1164 to discuss further.
- If you are a resident of the Channel Islands which is VAT exempt, please call us on 0845 355 1164 to place your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times depend upon the item you select. Our standard guidelines are as follows:

Please note that we will always aim to meet the requirements of our clients. Therefore, in certain instances, we can bring these lead times forward. Please let us know if you have a specific delivery date requirement.
If your item of is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than the above guidelines, we will contact you by email or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund.
PERSONAL CONTACT
We will always call you personally when your item is ready to dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements. We will also provide you with a tracking number for your package via email.
Of course, many of the diamond jewellery purchases from us are made in secret and so we realise that when our packages are dispatched, we MUST be discrete. Therefore:
- We will always try to make contact in the first instance on your mobile phone or a personal email address. We will NEVER leave, for example, a message on a home answerphone which could, of course be intercepted by the intended recipient.
- The packages we dispatch are wrapped securely in plain brown paper, with no reference to a diamond company on the outside of the package.
- Finally, whilst ideally dispatching to a home address, it is occasionally possible for us to deliver the item of diamond jewellery to a work address if required. However, please note that if your delivery address differs to the credit/debit card billing address, we will require proof of identity (copy of passport and/or driving licence) prior to dispatching the item/s.
ORDER TRACKING
You are able to keep check on your estimated date of dispatch via our Order Tracking facility online or by calling us on 0845 355 1164.
If your package does not arrive, please call us on 0845 355 1164 immediately and we will either re-confirm the tracking number with you, or will track your package for you.
