Please note that standard diamond engagement rings purchased through our Create Your Diamond Ring facility ARE eligible for this 30 day money back guarantee.

* The items which are NOT eligible for cancellation or return from the Customer to DeJoria and, therefore, which are NOT eligible for refund from DeJoria to the Customer (unless having a defect or fault, or the incorrect item has been sent from DeJoria to the Customer) are as follows -

- Any item which has been custom-made to the Customer's specifications
- Any item which is a special order due to the size requested by the Customer
