Our BUY NOW PAY LATER scheme is a buy now, pay within 6 months loan agreement, so there is nothing to pay and 0% interest for 6 months. This scheme requires a minimum order value of £500.00 (incl VAT).
We require at least a 10% deposit on a credit or debit card to action your order.
We require a minimum lead time of 21 days from order to delivery if you select DeJoria Finance to purchase your item.
Should you make payment in full at any point before the initial 6 month period expires, you will pay 0% interest but will pay a £29 settlement fee.
Should you choose not to settle the outstanding balance in full before the initial 6 month period expires, you can simply begin to make your loan repayments on a monthly basis at the interest rate shown on the loan agreement. A working example of this is -

Q:IS DEJORIA OFFICIALLY ABLE TO OFFER CREDIT?
A: Yes, DeJoria is a trading name of ROK Diamonds Limited, which has a Consumer Credit Licence number under 585915.
Q: IS EVERYONE ABLE TO GET DEJORIA FINANCE?
A: No. Credit is subject to status. To apply for DeJoria Finance, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- You must be over the age of 18 years, and
- You must be a resident of the UK and have lived in the UK for the last 3 years, and
- You must be employed for at least 16 hours per week or be retired with an income.
Q: HOW DO I APPLY FOR DEJORIA FINANCE?
A: This is very straightforward. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and speak to one of our customer service representatives on 0845 355 1164 who will be delighted to process your application and answer any questions you might have.
Q: WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE OVER THE PHONE TO SUPPORT MY APPLICATION?
A: Amongst other information, you will need to provide us with:
- Your current home address, including length of time there in years and months
- Date of recent utility bill or bank statement within last 6 months
- If less than 3 years at your current home address, then details of your previous home address
- Bank account details and length of time with the bank in years and months
- Employer details and length of time with employer in year and months.
Q: HOW QUICKLY WILL BE MY APPLICATION BE PROCESSED?
A: If your application is received between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays), then in the majority of cases our team will provide you with a decision within a matter of minutes. If you submit your application outside of these hours, then we'll endeavour to provide a response the next working day.
Q: ONCE MY APPLICATION IS APPROVED, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
A: Once approved, we will send you 2 hard copies of your agreement in the post. All agreements are supported with a copy of our terms and conditions. Once received, you'll need to read the agreement carefully, then sign and return a copy to us, together with an original utility bill or original bank statement dated within the last 6 weeks to confirm your proof of residence (we will take a copy and return the original to you if you so wish).
Q: WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES HOLD ABOUT ME?
A: Some of the information is public information - for example, electoral roll, County Court Judgements and bankruptcies. Other lenders may also file information about accounts you hold with them - for instance, this could include your payment history and outstanding balance on these accounts. Any requests for credit, when a credit reference search has been undertaken, will also be filed although the result of the request is not recorded.
Q: HOW DO I OBTAIN A COPY OF THIS INFORMATION?
A: You can obtain information about your own credit file and also find out more about credit decisions by visiting these credit reference company websites -

The above listed agencies will provide details of information relating to you via these addresses. If you believe that the information is incorrect, you can ask the agency to correct it.
Q: CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY HOME?
A: In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we are only able to deliver goods to the home address of the applicant. Saturday morning deliveries can be arranged if this is more convenient for you.
Q: ARE THE GOODS I'VE ORDERED SET ASIDE UNTIL THE APPROVAL PROCESS IS COMPLETE?
A: Normally, goods are only allocated to your order when your completed and signed agreement is received back. This means that there is a small chance that the product you ordered may be sold out by the time your agreement is received. To avoid disappointment, we recommend minimising any delay by completing and returning the agreement as soon as you can.
Q: HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
A: If you make your purchase with DeJoria Finance, we require a minimum of 21 days from order to delivery for your item. When making payment by card, cheque or bank transfer, we are normally able to meet customer's short delivery requirements. With DeJoria Finance, however, this is not possible.
Q: IF MY APPLICATION IS NOT SUCCESSFUL, CAN I RE-APPLY?
A: Yes. We acknowledge that your circumstances change and just because we have refused a previous application, it does not mean that we'll automatically turn down a further request. We do suggest, however, that you leave at least 6 months between applications.
