Website Testimonials

Testimonials - or customer comments - can go along way in providing potential customers with that extra peace of mind that they are dealing with a professional and reputable company.

However, of course, you might want to take some websites testimonials with a pinch of salt - who is to say, for example, that these haven`t just been made up and fabricated by the owners of the website?

At DeJoria, all our testimonials are from real and recent clients. As part of our sales and after-care service, we send all our customers an online questionnaire to complete, the results of which can be viewed here. The final point of this questionnaire gives our customers the opportunity to write to us about the quality of our diamond products and the level of customer care they received. We read and note the comments about each and every one of these.

Any of the customers who have posted a testimonial to our website would be more than happy to speak to any potential customers in person to tell them about their positive DeJoria buying experience. We are justifiably proud of our testimonials page because, when all is said and done, a business such as ours relies on word of mouth advertising.
