Jessica Simpson has been dating her new man Eric Johnson, but now she is telling friends that the couple are soon to be husband and wife.

Recently, Jessica Simpson purchased a new three carat emerald-cut diamond engagement ring worth $50,000. One of Jessica Simpson’s friend said that Eric is quite worried as he is not financially secure enough to begin a future with Jessica. However, Jessica wanted to show him that she does not care about that as she has sufficient money for both of them.

Eric, a grad school dropped out now living with Jessica:

Eric’s soon to be ex-wife Keri Johnson thinks Eric is flat broke and probably that is the reason why he is freeloading off Jessica. She also said that Eric is completely out of money.

Keri Johnson also said that she lived with Eric until October last year. However, now she thinks he is living in Jessica’s home. Irrespective of the situation, it seems that Jessica is very happy with how things have turned out. Recently, Jessica told reporters at a red carpet event that she is feeling great about herself. She also said that there are plenty of good things about to happen this summer.
